Why Yoga and Shiatsu?
In a modern society we are constantly in the state of stress. Humans allow life to go by at a rapid-fire pace and hardly find time to exercise and relax as the body needs for healthy functioning.
There are many ways to exercise and relax. What Bala offers here are two different body, mind, and spirit based practices to help the body to relax, the mind to focus, and become aware of a calm and peaceful place of stillness and healing within.
The first is Yoga and the other is Shiatsu.
